Talk on Puberty

On the 25^th of February 2016, the boys and girls of fifth and sixth grade were introduced to Dr. Jayashree who gave a talk on Puberty. She is affiliated with K.M.C. Hospital, Attavar and was kind enough to join us at Lourdes Central School to give our children insight into Puberty and also to clarify their innumerable doubts. The students were appreciative of the platform provided to freely express their concerns and obtain guidance to deal with the changes they experienced. Dr. Sreekanth, a post graduate at K.M.C. Hopsital also joined us later adding his knowledge into the session by helping out with answering the curious minds. The session was a success in imparting appropriate information and succeeding at increasing their self awareness.
