Opening day for Little Lourdites
It’s fun ,work and play as the new academic year 2016-2017 has begun. It was a memorable and remarkable day on June 1st for KG2 and June 2nd for KG 1 in Lourdes Central School.
Parents along with their kids were welcomed by the Principal Rev. Fr. Robert D’Souza, Manager Rev.Fr. Wilson Vitus L. D’Souza, Co-ordinator Ms.Lydia D’Souza along with the class teachers Ms.Linet ,Ms.Metilda, Ms.Lavita, Ms.Grace ,Ms.Prema, Ms.Gloria. Identity Cards were handed over to the parents to identify their ward.
A unique way of handing over their child to the arms of Manager Rev. Fr. Wilson Vitus L. D’Souza and Principal Rev. Fr. Robert D’Souza was followed in LCS. Thus children were taken to their respective classrooms in a loving way.
The first day of schools journey began for the little ones in LCS with the introduction from the teachers along with fun and frolic. Smart board, rhymes were used to make them happy. Lollipops were distributed and children were left at 10.00 a.m. and we could see joy over their faces when the little once could go back to their parents. The aim of teachers at LCS is to help and guide the little once throughout the year and take care of these precious gems as they are handed in our care.
